What is The 314 Initiative?
The 314 Initiative was the strategy used in the fall of 2020 to raise $314,000 in cash and an additional $314K in pledges. Now, the 314er brand is our official Friends of UAA Skiing fundraising platform. Our student athletes and skiing community are grateful to our distinguished philanthropists. You are a group of highly motivated ski racing backers who not only saved NCAA skiing at UAA, but saved NCAA skiing across the country. We must demonstrate to college administrators across the country that an Olympic sport like Skiing has a place in collegiate athletics.

DO NOT CLICK “Make a Gift” on top right next to Login. Instead, scroll down past “Thank you for supporting Seawolf Athletics!” to the DONATION INFORMATION and select “Excellence in Skiing” in the “Designation:” dropdown menu. See screenshot below.

In the Comments Box, please write UAA Ski Team, or if your gift is a pledge from 2020, write “314er Pledge”. See screenshot below. Our dedicated skiing student athletes are grateful for your support! THANK YOU!
